Adding Waiters

Each waiter gets their own login PIN so you can track individual performance and cash accountability.

How to Add a Waiter

1. Log in as an admin or cashier with management permissions
2. Navigate to Settings > Waiters
3. Click Add Waiter
4. Enter the waiter's name and assign a unique PIN (4-6 digits)
5. Save — the waiter can now log in on any terminal

Waiter Limits

Your license determines how many active waiters you can have:

Plan	Max Waiters
Free Cloud	3
Starter	5
Growth	10
Pro	15
Enterprise	Unlimited

If you've reached your limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan or deactivate an existing waiter before adding a new one.

Tips

• Use meaningful PINs that waiters can remember easily
• Deactivate waiters who leave rather than deleting them — this preserves their order history for reporting
• Each waiter's performance (orders/hour, revenue, voids) is tracked automatically
