Void Reasons
Configure the list of reasons staff can select when voiding an order.
Overview
When a staff member proposes a void, they must select a reason from a predefined list. This page lets you manage those reasons.
Use this page to:
- Add new void reasons
- Edit existing reason text
- Remove reasons that are no longer relevant

This page is available to Admin users only.
What You'll See
A list of configured void reasons with edit and delete actions. Common examples:
- Customer Changed Order — customer changed their mind after ordering
- Waiter Error — incorrect item entered
- Customer Walkout — customer left without paying
- Kitchen Error — wrong item prepared
TIP
Keep your void reasons specific and actionable. Vague reasons like "Other" make it harder to spot patterns in the Voids Report.
