Remote Access VPN

Access your POS dashboard from anywhere using a secure WireGuard VPN tunnel. Monitor sales, manage menus, and troubleshoot issues without being on-site.

How It Works

When you enable the Remote Access add-on, a secure WireGuard VPN tunnel is created between your POS server and the Moneta Pay network. You can then access your POS dashboard from any device — phone, laptop, or tablet.

The tunnel is:

• Encrypted end-to-end with WireGuard
• Always-on with automatic reconnection
• Isolated — your traffic is separated from other customers

Setup

Remote access is provisioned automatically during the POS setup wizard:

1. The setup wizard registers your server with the Moneta Pay VPN hub
2. A WireGuard configuration is generated and applied
3. Your server gets a private IP address (e.g., 10.100.0.x)
4. DNS is configured so you can access your dashboard via a friendly URL

Accessing Your Dashboard Remotely

Once the VPN is active, you can access your POS dashboard from any device connected to the Moneta Pay VPN. Contact our support team to set up VPN access on your phone or laptop.
