Receipts

Moneta Pay POS generates several types of printed output, all on standard 80mm or 58mm thermal paper.

Receipt Types

Customer Receipt

Printed when an order is closed. Includes:

• Business name and address
• Itemized order with prices
• Subtotal, tax, and total
• Payment method
• Fiscal signature (if ESD is enabled)
• Date, time, and receipt number

Kitchen Ticket

Printed when an order is sent to the kitchen. Includes:

• Table number and waiter name
• Items ordered (grouped by station)
• Modifiers and special requests
• Time of order

Void Slip

Printed when an item is voided. Shows what was cancelled and why.

Shift Report

Printed at end of shift. Summarizes total sales, payment breakdown, voids, and waiter performance.

Fiscal Receipts

With the ESD add-on enabled, customer receipts include a digital fiscal signature from KRA (Kenya Revenue Authority) or URA (Uganda Revenue Authority). This is required for tax compliance. See Tax & Fiscal Compliance for details.
